Laser engraving
Forever and ever.
Laser engraving enables extremely precise and consistent marking on a wide variety of materials: Whether metals such as stainless steel or copper, plastics, glass, semiconductors, ceramics, leather, textiles, wood or even fruit – there is hardly anything that could not be marked with a laser. The possibilities are almost limitless!
How it works: The bundled laser beam heats the product surface selectively so strongly that the material partially evaporates or melts. Thus, a top layer of paint or material is often removed. This results in a more or less strong deepening.
The good thing is that the markings cannot be removed again and are forgery-proof, as they are incorporated into the material. In addition, this marking is easily programmable on the PC.
Transfer printing
Fine thing.
Transfer printing, also called sublimation printing, is a printing process in which the colors are vaporized into the fabric. This cost-effective method is suitable for even finely resolved motifs such as e.g. Apply photos or elaborate gradient colors to fabrics.
How it works: We print special transfer films with the motif by screen or digital printing, cut them out under computer-controlled, and transfer the motif to the textile using the films and hot steam.
The good thing is that no printing tools are involved in transfer printing, making it very cost-effective and suitable for short runs to mass production. In addition to its high quality and wash resistance, it offers an extremely durable color brilliance. It is also particularly resistant to UV radiation and other influences.
Embossing
Simply outstanding.
Pressure, temperature, and time. These are the three things you need to emboss. The material surface is partially or flat shaped like a profile. At the same time, you can also transfer color. Whether paper, cardboard, leather, textile, or metal – embossing always results in a very high-quality item finishing.
How it works: We offer you two different embossing technologies – one hand, the simple, elegant blind embossing. It is very suitable for highlighting typographic elements and logos with clear edges. Elements of the printable material are highlighted or deepened with the help of a stamp. On the other hand, we work with hot foil stamping. This is the decorative enhancement of printing technology using color and effect films, whose coating is released by pressure and heat and pressed onto the material.
The good thing is that less is sometimes more: this printing process guarantees a very discreet and high-quality finish that emphasizes the character of the embossed material instead of distracting from it.
Doming| 3D Sticker
Very sublime.
The 3D sticker also called "doming" – is a decorative sticker that receives a third dimension through a (curved) coating with transparent resin, which has a glossy, glass almost magnifying appearance. 3D stickers can be used in many ways due to their shape flexibility and texture and effectively enhance the aesthetics of the motif. 3D stickers are particularly suitable for smooth surfaces.
How it works: The doming finish creates a wonderful 3D effect. In doing, the crystal-clear liquid is applied to the printed sticker and then cured with UV light.
The good thing is that the stickers produced with this printing method are convinced not only with brilliant colors on a visual but also on a haptic level. Another plus is the effective protection that the articles receive from the doming coating: they are shock and scratch-resistant, UV, weather-resistant, and water-resistant.
Embroidery
Stick by stick.
Whether fabrics, artificial textiles or leather, embroidery can be done on almost all types of fabric. And it is undoubtedly one of the most noble forms of advertising on textiles. A novel version of this traditional process is 3D embroidery. Here the embroideries are applied in several layers and thus get a further haptic effect. Especially on caps or sweatshirts fascinating results are created in this way.
How it works: With this valuable and elaborate printing process, the motif is embroidered directly into the textiles. The individually created embroidery program divides the motif into a sequence of stitches and embroidery colors: For a motif of 8 x 8 cm, approximately 8,000 to 10,000 stitches are required on average. To strengthen the embroidery, a thin fleece is incorporated on the underside of the motif.
The good thing about this is that if you care about elegant appearance, longevity and color fastness, this process is perfect for you: Embroideries are noble, very durable, and also completely uncomplicated when washing thanks to the high resistance of the embroidery thread.
Digital Printing
Very efficient
By using digital technology to directly print images or text onto products, its high resolution and precise colors can achieve excellent printing effection on paper, plastic, fabric, or other materials. It does not require traditional printing plates, greatly reducing the production cycle. Suitable for use in sampling.
How it works: Import the designed digital file (such as PDF) into the printing equipment, which converts the file into printable image data and outputs the image directly onto paper or other media through technologies such as inkjet or laser.
The good thing is that it's suitable for small batches, supports different printing contents per piece, and is suitable for customized needs (customized T-shirts, mugs, etc.).
